Terms of Service — Foodbook

Beta service — these terms may be revised before public launch.

1. Service

Foodbook (foodbook.cc) is a meal-logging RPG with tier progression and community. Play minigames on the landing site; the full app is in closed beta.

You must be 14 or older. One account per person.

You own meal photos and posts you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and process them to run the service.

No illegal content, harassment, spam, or impersonation. Tier-locked boards apply. Speaking bowls are required to post.

Meal Fortune, Name Oracle, and Fate Duel are for fun only — not medical, nutritional, or fortune-telling advice.

Features, tiers, and ads may change without notice. Downtime and data loss are possible during beta.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
