3/3 means you filled breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their windows. That's the daily win condition for proof bowls.

Streaks and grass on the ledger reward consistency. Missing a slot doesn't punish harshly — but you feel the gap because the UI is honest about N/3.

We chose photos over text because photos are harder to fake and easier to feel proud of. A bowl of proof beats a number on a chart.
