Ep 2 · Three Meals a Day — Each Has Its Window
Three meals, three windows
Foodbook is not "log whenever." Each meal slot has a time window:
- Breakfast 05:00–10:59
- Lunch 11:00–15:59
- Dinner 16:00–23:59
One proof bowl per slot per day. Home shows today 3/3.
Why windows? They turn logging into a daily rhythm instead of a backlog chore. Late-night snacks can still be recorded — they just don't count toward rank-ups.
This is the core loop: open app → see which window you're in → snap → +1 proof bowl.
